Synopsis,The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to Electrical Upgrades at American Memorial Park (AMME) Work to include:• CLIN 00010 Scope of Work at will consist of Electrical Upgrades at the Administration and Maintenance Buildings. See attached CLIN 00010Specifications.• CLIN 00020 Scope of Work will consist of Electrical Upgrades at the Visitor Center. See attached CLIN 00020 Specifications.The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210 with a size standard of $19M. this acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Place of performance will be American Memorial Park (AMME), Saipan.The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about June 1st, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov.The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI).
