The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of electrical construction services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut to include the following locations:
Black Rock Lake, Northfield Brook Lake and Thomaston Dam in Thomaston, CT
Colebrook River Lake in Colebrook, CT
Goshen Radio Tower in Goshen, CT
Hancock Brook Lake in Plymouth, CT
Hop Brook Lake in Middlebury, CT
Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the electrical construction services needed for each BPA call under the agreement.
The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost.
In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.
Interested vendors are notified that the Government-s intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation.
This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about December 30, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
