The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Electrical Services at Ebbing ANGB, Arkansas. The services will include building electrical services, incoming voltage, and generator system installation. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials to perform the call(s) issued under the BPA. See attached Performance Work Statement for more information.
