- The San Joaquin Delta Community College District (“District”) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (individually, a “Bidder” and collectively, “Bidders”) to this Request for Bids(“RFB”) for its Project Title(“Project”).This RFP is part of a cooperative purchasing agreement through the SJVCC, a collaboration that allows the District and other public sector entities, as well as private educational institutions in the region, to benefit from collective purchasing power. As a result, any selected bid may be utilized by additional participating entities, providing expanded visibility and potential for additional opportunities. (Further details on SJVCC can be found in Section 3.0.)The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a list of approved suppliers to provide electrical supplies. The resulting contract(s) will be valid for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
