Electrical Testing and Calibration Services for the Black Hills VA Health Care System.
This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26325Q0893 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) ) as a small business under the NAICS at time of offer to the Government. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors.
The NAICS code for the solicitation is 541380 with a size standard of $19 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation.
The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide services to the Black Hills Health Care System, 113 Comanche Rd., Ft. Meade, SD 57741. The period of performance is 09/01/2025 to 10/31/2025.

The Site Visit Meeting Location will be Ft. Meade VAMC, Building 89, Room 106, 113 Comanche Rd., Ft. Meade, SD 57741.
