Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2 representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their identification card) of each site visit attendee must be sent to kristopher.kostenko@us.af.mil by 0900 am EST on Friday, 3 January 2025. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid drivers license, and if driving, a vehicle registration and vehicle insurance document.
Participants will meet in the parking lot of the Visitors Center located at 902 Reece Rd, Fort Meade, MD 20755 on Wednesday, 8 January 2025 at 0845 am EST. A shuttle will transport all participants onto the base to the site location. Please plan to arrive NLT 0845 to avoid any delays as we will need all participants present prior to shuttling everyone on base. If you have reserved a spot prior to the deadline but will be unable to attend or are running late, please coordinate with SrA Kostenko by calling 228-377-8596 ASAP so we can account for any absences or delays. - Documents:
