Description
The Air Force 49th Civil Engineering Squadron and 49th Contracting Squadron (49 CONS) are currently seeking sources for a supply requirement for DormaKaba Electric Door Locks (P/N: P2037BLL62641) with installation at Holloman AFB NM 88330-8277.This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict 49 CONS to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 49 CONS to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with these services on HAFB.
BRAND NAME: DormaKaba E2067-B-LL-626-41 Mortise Powerplex Lockset
REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall replace up to 820 existing dormitory locksets in 9 facilities with contractor provided Self-powered standalone pushbutton locks to include necessary adapter plates, All locksets shall be replaced for dormitory resident rooms, common areas, storage rooms, laundry rooms, reception areas and day rooms for facilities. Contractor shall remove the existing lock from each door and install Contractor provided, after submittal approval, Dormakaba PowerPlex 2000. The Part Number for the locksets is P/N P2037BLL62641.
Contractor shall provide onsite installation and training to government personnel to include installation of the lockset, manual programming of the lockset, and operation of the E=Plex Standard Software and M-Unit. Contractor shall record the training and provide a video file to the government of the training prior to installation of the new locks 60 days prior to replacement of locks.
