Notice of Intent for Sole Source
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm fixed price commercial contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) with Auto Auction Services Corporation (AASC) for their web-based inventory management system called AutoIMS. AASC offers AutoIMS to the auction house industry and is the sole firm that can provide licensing for GSA Fleet to access AutoIMS in support of its auction and marshalling program.
