The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to publicly synopsize the requirement for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) West (N2W) Elevator Inspection Services.
NGA intends to solicit for and award One (1) Firm Fixed Price type contract to perform the following services:
The Contractor shall provide elevator inspection services for traction elevators and chairlifts at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis Missouri, 63118. The Contractor shall provide elevator inspection services for hydraulic elevators at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold Missouri, 63010. The Contractor shall provide elevator inspection services for traction elevators and hydraulic passenger elevators at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 2301 Cass Avenue, St. Louis Missouri, 63118.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform these elevator safety inspections.

This effort will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS code 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors.
