Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Elevator Maintenance at the following locations:
Boston Consolidated Terminal Radar Approach Control Facilities (TRACON) (BCT) 25 Robert Milligan Parkway in Merrimack, NH 03054 Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 53 Northeastern Blvd. Nashua, NH 03062 Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), 8 Ammon Dr. Manchester, NH 03103The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outline in the Statement of Work.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years:
Base Year: 10/01/2025 - 09/30/2026
Option Year-1: 10/1/26-9/30/27
Option Year-2: 10/1/27-9/30/28
Option Year-3: 10/1/28-9/30/29
Option Year-4: 10/1/29-9/30/30
No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.
