*SOLICITATION FA487725QA267 HAS BEEN AMMENDED*Please review the attached SF30 and combo document for a summary of the changes made.Solicitation FA487725QA267 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective 11 July 2025. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those effective 17 Jan 2025. The DAFFARS provisions and clauses are effective 16 October 2024.This requirement is a Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The acquisition is based on the infrastructure currently in government inventory and use. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 with a small business size standard of $47M.This Contract will be a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year base ordering period.

All proposals must be submitted by 15 October 2025, 4:00 PMA Site visit has been requested by vendors and has been scheduled for Friday, October 3nd 2025 at 12:00 PM, Tucson Local Time. RSVP is required, if no potential vendors RSVP, the site visit will be canceled. RSVP must be made via email to listed POC-s in section 12 by 12:00 PM Tucson local time 1 October 2025. Please make sure to arrive at the DMAFB visitors center 30 minutes prior so passes can be given to enter the base. Additionally, ensure your arrival to base is within a non-commercial vehicle so that you will not be re-directed to Swan Gate. All Contractor representatives are limited to 2 members per company. Have the following items readily available at the time of arrival.
