This is a sources sought notice (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability and availability of sources with elevator maintenance and repair experience. The Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut is seeking qualified companies to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform elevator maintenance and repair services as described in the Performance Work Statement and associated attachments.
The work will be accomplished under a combination Recurring/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Non-Recurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods. Estimated contract start date is 1 February 2026. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee.
