The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide the opportunity for a site visit at the facilities. A site visit will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00AM EST. Attendees shall meet at the GLS Administration Building, 180 Andrews Street, Massena, NY 13662. Attendees MUST confirm their attendance via email to chora.snyder@dot.gov by June 25, 2025, at 3:00PM EST.
