- The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as “HOC”) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors, who are licensed, bonded and insured to conduct business within the State of Maryland for the purpose of providing elevator modernization at Bradley Crossing located at 4757 Bradley Boulevard, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815. All work shall comply with the conditions set forth herein and as contained within the project details and specifications and any attachments contained herein. This Contract requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, permits, and materials necessary to complete the project as specified herein.
