- The Town of Wallingford, with financial assistance provided by the Watersheds United Vermont (WUV) DEC Enhancement Design and Implementation Block Grant, requests bids from qualified contractors to implement water quality improvements at the Town-owned beach along Elfin Lake. Details of the project are in the attached and final design plans available upon request from Evan Fitzgerald. Bidders are required to submit bids via email to Fitzgerald Environmental Associates, LLC. Emailed bid submissions must be received by 5:00 PM on August 8, 2025. Late bids will not be considered.
