Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service has a requirement for ELISA Kits for use in the detection of prior Influenza infection in swine via Nucleoprotein (NP) antibody per the attached Specifications. In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quotes (RFQ), number 1232SA25Q0335, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type.
