This is a pre-solicitation notice for Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirement (SABER) for Ellsworth AFB, SD.The solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract. This acquisition is a 8(a) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 with a sizestandard of $45,000,000.00 in annual revenue.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirement (SABER) for Ellsworth AFB, SD. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions.
Solicitation FA4690-25-R-0002 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 15 May 2025 SAM.gov. The proposed contract award date is 9 August 2025 and the proposed contract start date is 9 August 2025.
Contractors submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code, UEI, and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. The contracting office for this requirement is the 28th Contracting Squadron, 1000 Ellsworth Street, Suite 1200, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706.
