• This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

  The VA Portland Health Care Systems Veterinary Medical Unit (VMU) is seeking services for complete repair of Perkin Elmer IVIS system. See attached RFQ for details.
