Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm Fixed Price contract for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,”. This acquisition is also in accordance with subpart 6.302-1 (c) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117, and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) 20241016.
The requirement for NAICS Code 333415 size standard: 1,250 employees.
