The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will have multiple CLINS to cover for future potential emergencies on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The standard unit will be one (1) pack/case of twenty-four (24) sixteen point nine ounce or five hundred milliliter (16.9 oz/500ml) bottles of water.
Delivery: No later than 72 hours after BPA Order is Place.
Due to the urgency of having bottled water delivered in a timely and collective manner in an emergency situation, the primary address of the contractor or distribution center shall be within 50 miles of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., 20032.
Amendment 0001 - Extend the due date for quotes to 26 August, 2025 at 1400. Questions and answers will be posted the week of 18 August, 2025. Due to inquiry, the local distance requirement to be with 50 miles will be changes to better expand operational structures, as such the new requirement reads: " the primary address of the contractor or their distribution center shall be within 50 miles of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., 20032." - Documents:
