Description:
The City of Champaign, Illinois announces an invitation to qualified and experienced ambulance service providers to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the provision of emergency ambulance services for the City of Champaign, Illinois. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQs) is to identify a qualified emergency medical service provider to enter into a franchise agreement with which would allow for a more cooperative model of service delivery between the City of Champaign and the provider. The City of Champaign will be moving from a licensing scheme to an exclusive argreement with one sole franchisee for a period of 5 years. The desired start date of this franchise agreement will be November 15th, 2025.Respondents are directed to submit their (SOQs), and all associated attachments within the City of Champaign-s OpenGov procurement site, which opens on September 30th, 2025. Statements of Qualification must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., October 13th, 2025. All (RFQs) will be opened and reviewed on October 14th, 2025.
