PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Philadelphia District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement that will require the Contractor to retrieve, store, transport, and dispose of all objects off-site in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations to provide emergency object removal services in the Delaware River.
BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the offeror who is determined to be responsible and provides a qute that is determined to be fair and reasonable. Quote must meet or exceed the scope of work and delivery schedule to be considered for award.
