This partnership aims to elevate Minnesota's profile as the best state to visit, as well as live and work, through innovative, strategic, and measurable media relations services. The selected agency will lead national and regional consumer media efforts, positioning Minnesota as a vibrant, accessible, and somewhat surprising destination that stands out across travel, lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and livability narratives.The PR partner should deliver proactive media relations strategies, provide critical industry insights, and identify opportunities that align with EMN-s mission, brand campaigns, and cross-agency goals—including economic development, outdoor recreation, and film initiatives.
