- The awarded Consultant will provide Central Health with expert level employee benefitsolution consulting services to provide our workforce with competitive and comprehensiveemployee benefits that support the well-being of our staff and help us attract and retain toptalent in a competitive market.The Consultant will be required to perform the services listed below.a. Audit and analyze employee benefits data.b. Provide employee benefits related strategy planning.c. Perform expert level predictive modeling, forecasting and market research.d. Analyze monthly claims reports.e. Participate in annual employee open enrollment.f. Create strategic plans to increase employee satisfaction survey results.g. Streamline benefit administration processes and procedures.h. Provide benefits-related employee trainings.i. Assist with future benefit related solicitations.j. Monitor legislative updates.k. Create and provide customized interactive reporting tools.l. Assist Central Health with the management of contracted benefit providers.m.
