- Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. SFMTA-2025-80-LOC: Employee Fitness and Wellness Services The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is requesting bids from qualified firms to implement and supervise fitness and wellness programs for SFMTA employees. The SFMTA Workforce Development and Wellness Department provides oversight of the employee fitness and wellness program (Program). Respondents to this IFB (individually, a Bidder, and collectively, the Bidders) must submit a bid that addresses all the Program components described in Attachment 1 of the IFB. The SFMTA may award a contract to the Bidder that meets the Minimum Qualifications of this Solicitation (See IFB Section V) and whose Bid is the Lowest Responsive Bid. Bidders must provide documentation that clearly demonstrates that each Minimum Qualification and the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting participation requirements (See IFB Section III.C) have been met. Any Bid that does not meet the Minimum Qualifications and LBE subcontracting participation requirements will be deemed non-responsive. The SFMTA encourages Bidders to attend an in-person Pre-Bid Conference on June 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM PT to be held at: South Beach Conference Room, 6th Floor, Room 6042 1 South Van Ness Avenue San Francisco, CA 94103 Bidders may register for the Pre-Bid Conference and submit questions following the instructions included in IFB Section I.G. The SFMTA will address Bidders- questions and will provide any new or additional information concerning the IFB at the Pre-Bid Conference. The IFB and associated documents are attached to this Sourcing Event. If you are interested in submitting a Bid, please follow the submission instructions provided in the IFB document. Bids will not be accepted through the City and County of San Francisco's Supplier Portal website.
