- Description :The City of Pawtucket is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide third party billing for both EMS (rescue) and Fire Department (non-rescue) Services.The contract will be for a period of three (3) years from the initial date of signing with the option to renew at the discretion of the City of Pawtucket for two (2) additional one (1) year lease terms.The contract can be terminated with 60 days- notice by either the City of Pawtucket or EMS/Fire Department Billing Service Provider. Once terminated, all records, paper or electronic, the City of Pawtucket will remain the sole owner and will receive all records from the EMS/Fire Department Billing Service Provider
