Sealed Bids For The Construction Of The Ems/911 Design Build Project Will Be Received, By Berrien County Board Of Commissioners, At 201 N Davis Street, Nashville, Ga 31639, Until 11:00 Am, Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, Local Time, At Which Time The Bids Received Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days. The Work To Be Done Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials And Equipment Necessary To Construct The Proposed Ems/911 Design Build Project As Shown In The Appendix Of Bidding Documents. In General, Construction Consists Of The Construction Of A 50'x100' Metal Building With Finished Interior As Specified In The Appendix Of Bidding Documents And All Associated Measures For The Complete Project. Time Allotted For Completion Of Work Is 210 Consecutive Calendar Days To Substantial Completion. Work Shall Be Complete And Ready For Contract Close-out With 224 Consecutive Calendar Days. All Work Shall Be Completed In Accordance With The Plans And Specifications. The Work Will Be Awarded In One (1) Contract.
