Description:
The City Of Statesboro Requests Proposals For A Project Consisting Of Roadway Improvements Along Max Lockwood Drive From Sr 67/fair Road To S. Zetterower Ave. This Work Will Include Reconfiguring The Road To A One-way Thoroughfare, Installing Traffic Calming Measures, Ensuring All Private Drives Along The Roadway Conform To Standard Commercial Driveways, And Installing Of A New Storm Pipe Network To Improve Drainage. Additionally, The Project Requires Adding An Entrance From Fair Road To The Statesboro/bulloch County Parks And Recreation Parking Lot Adjacent To Sr 67/fair Road. Work Will Include But Is Not Limited To The Following: Clearing, Excavating, Setting Grade, Installing Subgrade Materials, Paving, Concrete Forming, Concrete Pouring, Concrete Pipe Installation, Grading And Dressing Of Job Site, And Traffic Striping. A Required Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held At 3:00pm Local Time, On February, 27 2025, In The Statesboro Municipal Courtroom. The Statesboro Municipal Court Is Located At 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro Georgia 30458. Project Scheduling, Coordination, And Questions Of Interpretation Will Be Addressed At This Time.
