- The City of Portsmouth is seeking an experienced and qualified firm or team of firms to respond to Project Title. Proposals are to be submitted via the Citys e-Procurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth. Proposals will be accepted until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date.Project work includes preliminary schematic architectural and engineering services sufficient to develop design alternatives for the program needs of the Portsmouth Police Department at the existing Municipal Complex at 1 Junkins Avenue.
