- The Town of Athens seeks Statement of Qualifications for the design and engineering of an 8' by 6' concrete box culvert on Brookline Road where it crosses the Grassy Brook. This project is funded by the VTrans Transportation Alternatives Program and is being managed by the Windham Regional Commission. This box culvert will replace the existing 4' corrugated steel culvert (#56) located approximately 1,000 feet north of the town line with Brookline.
