RFQSummary:Central Health is developing a Pre-Qualified List of engineering firmsand requests interested firms to provide a Statement of Qualifications forutilization on small to mid-sized projects (typically sub 20,000 square feet; scopeand costs will be used as an indicator of the project size) on its existing andplanned properties throughout Travis County, Austin, Texas. Central Health isexpanding rapidly and is expecting multiple renovation projects in the small tomid-size realm and intends to use pre-qualified lists to accelerate theconstruction timelines.Qualifications sought from firms:·Engineering - Licensed professionals in one or more engineeringprofessions, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, environmental,plumbing, geotechnical, structural, civil, and landscaping.·Basic Services (design development, construction documents, constructionadministration).·Additional Services (record drawings, sustainable design,bidding/negotiation/price discussions, CAD/BIM drawing, feasibility studies,mitigation planning, investigative site assessments and reporting).Pre-Qualified Eligibility Duration:Thirty-Six(36) months from the date of pre-qualified list formation.
