Description:
The City of Pinole invites qualified firms, licensed in the State of California, to submit proposals to provide engineering services in support of forming the Appian Village Residential Landscape and Lighting Assessment District (LLAD).The consultant will prepare a legally defensible Engineer-s Report pursuant to the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 (Streets & Highways Code §22500 et seq.) and in compliance with Proposition 218 (California Constitution, Article XIII D).The project schedule is time-sensitive: the final Engineer-s Report must be completed by November 12, 2025, with a draft due to staff November 3, 2025 in order to place the Engineer-s Report for district formation on the City Council agenda for November 18, 2025.
