Veterans- Health Administration (VHA) Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS)
Provision and Delivery of Engineering Equipment At the new Tulsa VA Medical Center

GENERAL:
BACKGROUND: The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is renovating a non- medical existing facility to be the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC). The facility requires a new tool cart, tools, welding equipment and pipe threading equipment for use by Engineering Service. Currently there is none of this equipment at this facility.

LOCATION:

Product Delivery: Warehouse, 9111 W. 96th Street South, Sapulpa, Oklahoma 74066.
Each delivery package MUST be marked, “For: PO#” (insert PO# from award) and “PKG108”
DELIVERY TIMES (PERFORMANCE PERIOD): The VA requires the Contractor to deliver the products no earlier than June 1, 2025, and no later than August 10, 2025.

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:
Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide tool carts, tools, welding equipment and pipe threading equipment for engineering service. Additionally, the equipment needed will provide the facility the ability to maintain and repair the building and infrastructure, as needed.

Contractor must deliver the equipment per the delivery times and to the location in this SOW. The Purpose, to include provision of products, must be accomplished by the Contractor by the Delivery Times at the Locations, in accordance with this SOW, in a cost- effective, efficient, and safe manner, while contributing the VA Mission.

Qualifications of Contractor:
For a contract of this size, scope and complexity, the successful Contractor must provide products and perform in a professional manner and quality as recognized by commercial industry standards as good to excellent.
