NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION
This is a Notice of Intent to award other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)(1)(ii)(B), an acquisition that uses a brand-name description peculiar to one manufacturer is essential to the Government-s requirements, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No contract award will be made on the basis of the responses to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to allow interested parties to assert and explain their capability to perform the work described.
The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) located at 808 Schreider Street, Fort Detrick, MD on behalf of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) PEO Medical Systems, Integrated Clinical Systems PMO (ICS) intends to award a new, firm- fixed price contract for the procurement of Enterprise Dose Monitoring Maintenance on a brand name basis for the Radimetrics licensed software and application/technical support. This is for maintenance of existing Radimetrics software that provides radiation dose monitoring for all patients and staff in accordance with Federal Regulation (Title 10 Chapter 1 Part 20 Subpart C - Occupational Dose Limits). The maintenance shall provide application and technical support for the Radimetrics Licensed Software as well as provide equipment service including parts and labor for the physical servers hosting the Licensed Software. Managed services to promote Radimetrics data integrity and organization shall be included. Platform support for associated firmware and software shall be provided. The Period of Performance for this requirement is for four (4) years from the date of award; 30 September 2025 - 29 September 2029.
