Description:
The contractor will be required to provide a professional, standalone entertainment lighting system for SumTur Amphitheater suitable for seasonal programing and concerts featuring local, regional and national touring acts for audiences up to 1500 audience members. Package will include vendor to supply all equipment, parts, transportation and labor to install, test, maintain, and remove the system at the end of the season. The contractor must be available for same day customer service, repairs and replacement in case of damage or malfunction. The contractor will also be required to provide timely bids to promoters or renters for additional equipment and personnel to allow for larger scale concerts and ticketed events at SumTur Amphitheater. The system will include the following major components.Entertainment stage lighting system including venue appropriate lighting fixtures, truss rigged and hung upstage and downstage to light 60- wide by 40- deep stage. Package will also include five ellipsoidal spotlights, and two audience blinders rigged from the downstage truss and ACL blinders rigged on the upstage truss, a dimming system that allows independent control over each lighting fixture, along with all appropriate cables, gels, extra lamps, and repair items. Package will also include pipe and rigging equipment to hang backdrops. SumTur will provide an ETC ColorSource AV 40 channel console to control the contracted lighting package.
