This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Contractor shall produce an Environmental Assessment (EA) that is technically and legally sufficient pursuant to provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), Title 42 United States Code (USC) Section 4321 et seq., as updated, the 2023 Fiscal Responsibility Act-s amendments to NEPA, and 32 CFR 989, Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP).
