AMENDMENT NO. THREE (3): The purpose of this amendment is to revise the required period of performance specified in the attached, revised, Statement of Requirements (SOR) document. The revised SOR increases the term of the performance period from 4 months to 8 months ARO. Therefore, the period of performance is revised to be eight (8) months from date of award, to be effective, on or around, October 15, 2025 through June 14, 2026. The due date for accepting quotations is extended until October 7th at 4pm, ET. All quotations having been submitted and received to this RFQ prior to the original closing date and time will be evaluated and considered for award, unless a given quoter submits a revised quotation. All other terms and provisions remain unchanged. ---END---
