AMENDMENT NO. ONE (1): The purpose of this amendment is to release answers to questions received by industry entities, revise the Requirements document, and extend the due date for accepting quotations. Therefore, attached is a document that provides answers to questions that were submitted in response to this RFQ, a revised Requirements document, and the due date for accepting quotations is hereby extended until 6/06/2025 at 4:00 PM, ET. All quotations having been submitted to this RFQ prior to the original closing date will be evaluated and considered for award unless a given quoter submits a revised quotation. All other terms and provisions remain unchanged.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
