1. Introduction:
This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN). This is not a solicitation or a request for proposals (RFP). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation in the future. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Environmental Health Technicians to perform services for Public Health Command Europe (PHCE), Landstuhl, Germany.

2. Description of Services:
MRCO-EUR is seeking information from qualified businesses capable of providing qualified personnel to perform Environmental Health Technician (EHT) services for Public Health Command Europe (PHCE), Landstuhl, Germany. Please see attached draft PWS. The PWS is for information purposed only and is subject to change based on market research and Government needs.
