- Bid Synopsis: This request is intended to gather information from environmental consulting firms that have experience in the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) or similar environmental documents (e.g., ‘Environmental Assessments- or ‘Environmental Impact Reports-) under the Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act (WEPA) or the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Responses will be used to develop upcoming and future EIS Services bidding processes. Responses are due on June 4th at 2 PM. Questions are encouraged and are due by May 23rd at 4:30 PM.
