PROJECT TITLE: Building 1048 Epoxy Floors
PROJECT LOCATION: 137th WIll Rogers Air National Guard Base, OK
The Oklahoma Air National Guard, OK is issuing this solicitation for project YZEU242011 to Epoxy the floors in building 1048.
The contract duration will be 120 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 to $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f). Persons who intend to bid are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference/site visit being held on 13 February 2025 @1000hrs CST. Further details are outlined in the solicitation.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
