- The City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (PRCS) seeks a well-qualified business entity to operate and maintain the part of the Pasadena Equestrian Center located in the Hahamongna Watershed Park area in Pasadena, CA.Term: Ten (10) years plus two five (5) year options.Facility: Pasadena Equestrian Center Arena Area (Arena)Compensation: The Operator will pay annual fee upon completed negotiation with the City, or a Public Benefit Calculation, or a combination thereof.Proposals shall demonstrate the ability to operate a first class equestrian facility, clearly articulate achievable plans for an innovative and profitable operation, provide a public benefit program, and be able to document compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
