General RequirementsThe contractor shall provide software license and maintenance for the TrackCore Implant tracking system used to track all implants and supply items within the system, providing a minimum point of receipt by Veterans Affairs (VA) facility through its use with patients. Solution shall have a complete chain of custody for every item entered in the system with a unique identifier for every entry. Contractor shall ensure that manufacturer, manufacturer item number, expiration date, and lot number for each item is tracked and traceable.Response:Responses to this Special Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the service listed above.
