The purchase order will be for VISN 10, Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RLR VAMC) in Indianapolis, IN. The current TcC02 monitor is beyond economical repair. The service is in need for a Sentec TcC02 replacement monitor and V-Sign Sensor which is the only monitor that works with the currently owned equipment, the Polysmith system, the preloaded adult modes, and customized view options. A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
