Overview:This is not a solicitation, but rather a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources sought, to determine potential sources and estimates for information and planning purposes ONLY. This request describes the Government-s requirement for a site survey and installation quote estimate to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes ONLY. The Government is looking for a company/ contractor that can meet the requirements for to delivery and install a temporary furniture wall to enclose the 461st ACNS conference room, located on Robins Air Force Base. The temporary wall is required to provide a functional and adaptable enclosure for the conference room. The Government will require installation and the following dimensions and materials as follows:
Dimensions:-Length: 32 feet-Width: 5 feet 11 and ¼ inches-Height: 119.5”
Materials:-No specific material type-Walls needs to be rated to at least STC 35 to reduce sound transmission-Wall needs two entry doors (as shown in diagram attached)-Windowpanes at the top on the wall to allow additional light to pass through
Installation:-Must provide installation service-Must be able to begin installation within 90 days

This request does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach.There is no solicitation available at this time.
