This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-367 approved on December 20, 2023. The FFD is giving contingent approval to a petition to vacate a segment of the 33-foot wide section line easement adjoining the north boundary of Lot 4, Block 1, Ancient Tree Estates, Plat No. 82-89, Palmer Recording District (PRD). It is located within Section 6, Township 17 North, Range 1 East, Seward Meridian, Alaska, as depicted on Attachment A.
