Evaluate and select a vendor to Design and construct a new Class III pump station to JEA standards, using existing 480 V service, within the existing ROW and easements, this work includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing pump station, new 12- ID concrete wet well, back up diesel generator, new force main and water main piping systems to JEA standard within the existing ROW and easements, install approximately 3000 LF 12” force main piping, install 12” force main and casing under I-95
