This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 70Z03825QL0000096 is issued as a Special Notice of Intent to Award to Telephonics Corporation (Cage Code 64694), for the Evaluation/Repair of the following parts to support the HC-144 Aircraft: NSN Part Number Nomenclature QTY5841-01-HS3-1534 737-3000-003 Signal Proc (Mino) 3 EA5841-01-HS3-2806 737-3000-004 Signal Proc (Mino) 2 EA5836-01-HS1-9298 737-4000-001 Receiver/Transmitter 1 EA
At the time of award, the USCG intends to have three (3) repairs completed for the components/items specified in line item 1 and two (2) repairs completed for the components/items specified in line item 4. IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 the USCG may require additional repairs for up to four (4) components/items total for a maximum quantity of seven (7) or six (6) at the same price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) after the initial award date.
At the time of award, the USCG intends to have one (1) repair completed for the components/items specified in line item 6. IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 the USCG may require additional repairs for up to four (4) components/items for a maximum quantity of five (5) at the same price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) after the initial award date
**Please note that if the USCG chooses to exercise any optional quantity modifications, such modifications will be issued unilaterally to the contractor.
All items must be repaired in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), specifications to include the latest revisions, updates and service bulletins. The OEM for these items is Telephonics Corp., (Cage Code 78711).
