- The Gender Innovation Lab (GIL) is seeking a consultant firm to: 1. Liaise with GIL, the Association of Midwives of Mali, the Ministry of Health, and other relevant stakeholders to determine the content of the curriculum that will be delivered to midwives via a digital application (hereafter referred to as "the app").2. Develop the app in close collaboration with GIL and the SWEDD project team.3. Pre-test the app.4. Distribute smartphones, monitor the app's use, and collect monitoring data.5. Provide technical assistance as needed.The selected firm will be responsible for coordinating all logistics and staffing requirements for this intervention. The expected work start date is January 2025.
