Dear Prospective Offeror:
The US Embassy Bishkek has a requirement for a contractor to provide service of evaluation of projects. You are invited to submit a quotation.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following:
Volume 1 - Pricing Volume 2 - Technical Requirements*(see page 2 of the solicitation)
The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. The RFQ does not commit the U.S Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BishkekGSOProcurement@state.gov not later than September 05, 2025, by 17:00 hours UTC+06.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
